These photos are from my very first trip to Europe back in 2003!
My husband and I decided to take an opportunity to visit an old family friend and her sons who live outside Bern in Switzerland over a long weekend. It was my first taste of the continent (and included my first snow experience!) and it truly whet my appetite for more European adventures.
We have yet to return to Switzerland, but when we do I will be sure to stay for longer and include paragliding in the alps in my itinerary!
